Natural stone is usually associated with granite. While this is not wrong, natural stone encompasses much more than you might think! From travertine, limestone, to quartzite, and marble you can bet you'll find a material to fit your needs. Since the majority of our natural stone is granite, we'll stick with that for now. Group 1 granite, or Level 1 granite is our bread and butter. We've taken the most popular, and readily available colors from our local distributors and made a one price fits all. Today we boast about 10 different styles and colors of Group 1 granite. These colors range from the deepest of black, neutral earth tones, and even stunning white granite.

 Not only is this an affordable option for your kitchen and baths, it's also a fantastic program for you contractors! One quote matches with any of our Group 1 granite colors offered.

 Our stone CNC routers have a wide range of edge profile options, precise polished sink cut-outs, and a glove like fit for those who choose to use tile for backsplash. How durable is granite? Granite offers homeowners protection from extreme heat, and scratches from everyday kitchen and bath use.

You may have heard about the maintenance of granite, well we are here to set the record straight. Granite is naturally porous, which means it will allow water and oil based fluids into it's surface. To combat this, we advise sealing the tops once every 12 months. This process is very simple and only takes approximately 15 minutes ONCE A YEAR! Top Designs installs all natural stone presealed.
